About the Authors
Nancy Sylvester, MA, PRP, CPP-T, has been a practicing professional parliamentarian since 1980. She is a Professional Registered Parliamentarian, a Certified Professional Parliamentarian, and a Certified Teacher of Parliamentary Procedure. She has served as the National Parliamentarian for the National Association of Parliamentarians. She has appeared in New York Times, Meeting Professional magazine, Successful Meetings magazine, and “Mastering Meetings” from 3M, and is the author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide® to Robert’s Rules.
