About the Author
Arlene Matthews Uhl is a psychotherapist, professor of developmental psychology, and the author of numerous self-help books, including Seven Keys to Calm, The Complete Idiot’s Guide® to Pleasing Your Man, and The Complete Idiot’s Guide® to Pleasing Your Woman. Her articles have been published in Money Magazine, McCall’s, San Francisco Chronicle, Chicago Tribune, and Poets & Writers.
