About the Authors
Mike Bottom is the head coach of the University of Michigan Men's swimming program, who has coached multiple Olympic teams and, as an athlete, was a member of the 1980 US squad. He was a world record- holder in the 400-meter freestyle relay and a four-time USA National team member.
Nathan Jendrick is a Certified Fitness Trainer, Performance Nutrition Consultant and health and fitness writer. He has worked with athletes ranging from competitive bodybuilders to Olympic gold medalists.
