Tana has been writing and editing in the technology industry more than ten years. In that time, she has earned several awards for her writing including the Distinguished Technical Communication award form the Society for Technical Communication. She is currently Editorial Manager for The Generations Network, a contributing editor to Ancestry Magazine, author of The Official Guide to Family Tree Maker 2006 and co-author of The Official Guide to RootsWeb.com.
