About the Author
Phil Rognier has been involved in the "world of baseball" for the past 50+ years as a player, coach, mentor, parent, public speaker, and writer. He currently is the Executive Director of the FirstSwing Foundation, a non-profit, which teaches youngsters "lifes' little lessons" within the baseball/softball environment. His passion for the game and its true value is reflected in The Code.
