Written by leadership expert Brian A. Peters, The Four Noahs is a parable that uses a well-known story told across the world, in many cultures, in many languages-the story of the Great Flood-to illustrate four ways to approach work, and indeed any personal effort. Four different men, each named Noah, are visited by a wise stranger, who brings a warning of impending doom-relentless rain that will eventually cover the planet. However, he also provides to each Noah the same solution to prevent harm to himself, his family, and the animals-the Ark. We generally get out of life what we put into it. What each of the four Noahs does with the information given to him by the stranger can be applied to our jobs, our career paths, as well as our personal and professional relationships. Success is not as elusive as we might feel. The path to achieving our goal is right there in front of us-should we choose to accept the path and make the journey.

All of us have some level of disconnect between what we say we believe and what we do. It is only when we coalesce what we believe with what we do that we can find success and peace. The Four Noahs offers practical guidance to bring home the power of doing what we believe. --Stevan J. Kukic, Director, School Transformation at National Center for Learning Disabilities
The Four Noahs makes the case for why a balanced approach of planning, hard work and perseverance are key ingredients to true success. Brian Peters does a great job of utilizing a familiar story to engage his audience and teach the critical life lesson that God may open the door, but we each need to do our part and step through it in order to experience the joy of work that He built into each one of us. --Chris Kapenga President of Integrated Time Systems, LLC and Wisconsin State Senator
As presented in this book, planning, learning, and doing in the right balance set the foundation from a life of success. --Michael Hosford, Founder and CEO, VARtek Services, Inc.
