About the Author
John D. Clough, MD, is a clinical rheumatologist at the Cleveland Clinic. He is the executive director of the Cleveland Clinic Press, editor in chief of the Cleveland Clinic Journal of Medicine, and a member of the Cleveland Clinic's Office of Government Affairs. He lives in Gates Mills, Ohio.
