Speaker, trainer, and negotiation consultant Lisa Gates co-founded She Negotiates with Victoria Pynchon in 2010. Drawing from the disciplines of negotiation consulting and professional and personal development coaching, Lisa works with high-achieving careerists who want to close their income and leadership gaps and invigorate their professional lives, and entrepreneurs who want to finesse their business, brand, and offers.
With a BFA in Theatre from UC Santa Barbara and training in journalism, Lisa's professional career has spanned the arts, corporate public relations, and nonprofit management, allowing her to cultivate a core set of skills from performance and presentation, writing and editing, special event design, and training and curriculum development. She received her coaching certification from The Coaches Training Institute in 2006.
