About the Author
Maurice Schiff has over 35 years of industry experience and has taught digital communications at UCLA extension. Dr. Schiff has also given short seminars in communications theory and spread spectrum systems at various trade shows. He received his M.S. in physics and his Ph.D. in applied physics, both from the University of California.
