Richard A. Poisel is the Chief Scientist at the US Army Research, Development and Engineering Command, Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate, Ft. Monmouth, NJ. Dr. Poisel is also the author of Target Acquisition in Communication Electronic Warfare Systems, Modern Communications Jamming Principles and Techniques, and Introduction to Communication Electronic Warfare Systems (Artech House, 2004, 2004, 2002).
