Synopsis
La'i heard Aunty Ku'u say she was going on another trip. Every time she went, she took one of her four nieces with her. It hadn t been La'i's turn yet. Could this be it? Could this be her turn to go? This touching story presents the relationship between Aunty Ku'u and niece, La'i, as they travel to Paris...so far away from their home in Hawai'i. Together they deliver important hula supplies to a friend's dance school. La'i experiences the lovely people, food, and landmarks of this iconic city and shares the uniqueness of her island heritage with her newfound friends.
