Synopsis
As the Hindenburg approached its landing in Lakehurst, New Jersey in 1937, radio announcer Herbert Morrison remarked that the ship's windows looked like "glittering jewels" in the sun. Moments later, a spark ignited the hydrogen-powered Hindenburg.
