Michael J. Ruckenstein MD, MSc, FACS, FRCSC is Professor, Vice Chairman, and Residency Program Director at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia.

Sherrie Davis, Au.D. is a clinical specialist in the Department of Audiology at the University of Pennsylvania, where she is the Director of Clinical Services of the Dizziness and Balance Center.
