Micheal Burt was named one of the top 40 under 40 most influential people in the state of Tennessee in 2004. In 2007 Micheal led his women's basketball team to a Class AAA state championship for the first time in school history and in the city in over 83 years. Micheal has worked with people of all ages to help them find their voice in life and realize their full potential. Through his leadership consulting business Maximum Success, Micheal has worked with organizations ranging from health care to education and all in between. He has spoke to audiences including State Farm Insurance, Dell, Inc., Tennessee Health Care Association, Bristol Regional Medical, HCM partners, Middle Tennessee State University, First Bank, the National Beta Club, and many others. He is the author of three books including "Changing Lives Through Coaching," "The Inspirational Leader," and his latest and most expansive personal growth book titled "This Ain't No Practice Life."
