Brian N. Hilton received a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from Claremont Graduate University, School of Information Science in May 2004. His current research interests lie in spatial information system development, Internet-based GIS, and the use of emerging technologies in information system development. He holds an MS in MIS (Claremont Graduate University) and a BA in Economics (Richard Stockton College of New Jersey). Dr. Hilton is a Research Associate at the Claremont Information and Technology Institute.
