KAREN PHELPS, Professional Speaker, Trainer and Direct Selling Expert, Karen Phelps teaches readers old and young that it is never too early (or too late) to reach your full potential. Karen has spent 25 years managing her own business in Direct Sales and has overcome the obstacles and setbacks of the industry. She currently works with Direct Selling companies to meet their everyday needs. She understands the logistics of a party plan and knows the steps that must be taken at home parties to increase sales, secure future bookings and sponsor new consultants. A member of the National Speakers Association, the Direct Selling Association and the Direct Selling Women's Alliance, she is also an active member and past President of her local Rotary Club. She and Larry, her husband of 30 years, live in Michigan. They have 2 grown sons and two grandsons. Her career goals have been achieved without missing a moment of her family's important life events.
