With a background as one of the country’s most sought-after wedding and event designers, Tonya uses her extensive personal experience to assist women-preneurs find their purpose and passion in their industry. Founder of the 30-30-3- Business Challenge, she helps professionals and corporations expand their services, update their image, build or modernize their websites, build and train their staff, utilize social media and employ other effective marketing techniques. On average, her clients enjoy 25 percent increase in revenues following her recommendations.
At the same time Tonya continues to work with staff, celebrities and celebrators in her event business. She employs a staff of 7 and maintains offices in Los Angeles, New Your, Chicago and her home base of Indianapolis. Her work takes her and her team all over the world and has garnered considerable publicity, with features on “The Knot,” “Style Me Pretty” and Fox and NBC affiliates. Her recent honors include ISES ESPRIT Best Team Effort 2010, Master Bridal Consultant, the Bride’s Choice Award Winner 2010, and for several years running, the Indianapolis Best Wedding Planner. In 2011, the International Association of Bridal Consultants conferred the prestigious designation of Master Bridal Consultant on Tonya, making her one of only 59 such high level planners in the world.
