About the Author
Angelia Wiggington is a 2006 Memory Makers Master as well as a 2006 Creating Keepsakes Hall of Fame Winner. In 2007 she had an exclusive contract with Better Homes and Gardens' Scrapbooks, Etc. and appeared in every issue of the magazine during her tenure.
