Utilizing one word for each letter of the alphabet (A for Adversity, C for Challenging Conversations, H for Head and Heart, P for Provoke, etc.), the book walks readers through core elements of the work involved in experiential training and development. Each page has a quote and an icon that metaphorically represents some aspect of growth and learning.
