 SARA J. MOULTON REGER helps Fortune 500 companies achieve their business objectives. Sara has been a management consultant since 1988, specializing in organizational change, culture transformation, governance, and leadership, both at IBM and other leading consulting firms.  Currently, she is a transformation program executive leading various global initiatives at IBM.  Sara has published on a variety of topics, including business culture, business complexity, governance, organizational change management, communication, risk management, and financial management.
