He has worked intimately with companies such as Xerox, Frito Lay, Century 21, Midland Walwyn, Pitney Bowes, Future Shop, Remax, Prudential, Arbonne, New Vision, Isagenix and has spoken for many organizations such as the ICF (International Coach Federation) and YPO (Young Presidents Organization).
As a Gen X'er, Rob Newbold shows all the traits customary of his generation - pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and ready for change. He accumulated early success in politics and public service - running statewide and national political campaigns and working closely to oversee transportation policy as second in command of the Illinois Department of Transportation. Having passed the age of forty, Rob now runs NewBOLD! Resources, as a consultant and trainer. He serves on a variety of community boards and enjoys the company of his wife, Karen, and two sons as he works on a book about his life in politics.
