Paul J. Zwier is Director of the Center for Advocacy and Dispute Resolution and a member of the faculty at the University of Tennessee College of Law. He is co-author of Effective Expert Testimony (NITA, 2000) and Expert Rules: 100 (and More) Points You Need to Know About Expert Witnesses (NITA, 1999).
Anthony J. Bocchino serves as NITA's Editor-in-Chief where he has been a training consultant on evidence, advocacy, and litigation for over 20 years. Bocchino is the Jack E. Feinberg Professor of Litigation at Temple University Beasley School of Law and the author of 42 books and articles on evidence, trial advocacy, civil litigation, and professional responsibility.
