Synopsis
Sometimes what’s done in the dark doesn’t need to come to the light; it should stay shut away forever. The lifestyle that sisters Rhonnie and Ahli live is proof of that.
Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, the girls have been taught to do the unthinkable in order to survive, and armed robbery is their forte. Between their exceptional gun aim and skill in combat, it’s safe to say the sisters are lethal weapons. With their father setting up all their deadly hits, they have easily stolen over half a million dollars.
But even living lavishly gets old. The girls want to leave the bloodshed behind them and live a normal life so badly that they turn down a job that would leave them set for eternity. When things take a twisted turn and an old hit comes back to savagely haunt them, it leaves someone Rhonnie and Ahli love with his throat slit from ear to ear. Now with no place to go and no money, the girls have no choice but to agree to do one last hit.
What is supposed to just be a job turns into what will be the most horrific experience of their lives. Just when you think you know what’s going to happen next, this twisted tale takes a deep dive for the worse.

About the Author
C. N. Phillips was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. She fell in love with books at the age of eight but kept her writing a secret. It wasn’t until she became a single mother that she decided to pursue her dream of becoming an author. She is most known for her daring, gritty detail and her ability to weave unique stories with an urban flair.
