Angus presents those whose generosity was immense, such as Faraday, who did not patent the dynamo so that others could build upon his work; and those whose observational skills were profound, such as Watson, who intuited the structure of DNA from trial models. Clare Corbett and Benjamin Soames narrate conversationally, making the information vibrant. The quick pace never drags but may necessitate additional listens.
