About the Author

Ben Zion Katz is a Professor of Pediatrics at The Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and an Attending Physician in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the Ann & Robert H Lurie Children’ s Hospital of Chicago. He is the author of over 90 original medical publications as well as many book chapters and editorials on medical matters. He has presented papers of Jewish interest at the American Jewish Studies Annual meeting and at the Herzl Institute. He has published articles of Jewish scholarship in Tradition, Jewish Bible Quarterly, and the Journal of Torah and Scholarship.
