Welcome to Animal Square where all the animals live and play together. Kitty, Mouse, Monkey, Giraffe, Rabbit, and Dog are six very best friends. They each live in their own little home and do lots of things together. Animal Square is a place full of friendship, happiness, and caring. Come join in the fun!
Rabbit is hungry. She goes looking for her friends at the animal square, surely they must have something sweet for her. Dog is eating a yummy apple, but he’d rather not share it with Rabbit. Mouse and Monkey also want to eat all alone. Will nobody share their foods and drinks with Rabbit?

About the Authors
Judith Koppens has been an author and illustrator for many years. Children are her most important source of inspiration. Their enthusiasm and honesty are always part of her work. Judith lives in the Netherlands and works as a teacher at an elementary school.
Eline van Lindenhuizen was born in Meppel (Netherlands) on June 29th in 1983 and now lives in Kampen. From 2001 until 2006 she studied illustration at the Minerva Academy in Groningen. She loves drawing, books and flee markets.
