About the Author

Robert Z. Zheng (EdD, Baylor University, 1998) is an assistant professor and program director in the Department of Educational Psychology, University of Utah, USA. His research agenda include online learning and pedagogy, multimedia and cognition, and educational technology and assessment. He has authored and co-authored several book chapters and published papers in peer-reviewed journals on topics of cognitive load, multimedia, Web-based instruction, and problem solving in multimedia learning.
