Minhong Wang is an assistant professor of information and technology studies with the Faculty of Education at The University of Hong Kong. She received her PhD in information systems from City University of Hong Kong (2005). Her current research interests include business process management, workflow systems, knowledge management, information systems, and e-learning. She has published papers in Information & Management, Expert Systems with Applications, Knowledge-based Systems, Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence, the Journal of Educational Technology and Society, the International Journal of Intelligent Information Technologies, the International Journal of Internet & Enterprise Management, the International Journal of Technology and Human Interaction, and presented papers at international conferences including CAiSE, BPM, HICSS, AMCIS, ICEIS, PRICAI, CEC/EEE, and ICELW among others. She is the editor-in-chief of Knowledge Management & E-Learning: an International Journal (KM&EL), and The Handbook of Research on Complex Dynamic Process Management: Techniques for Adaptability in Turbulent Environments. She is the guest editor of the International Journal of Internet & Enterprise Management. She also serves on the editorial board for a number of international journals.
Zhaohao Sun received a PhD in information technology from Bond University, Australia. Currently, he is a senior lecturer in information systems at Graduate School of Information Technology and Mathematical Sciences, University of Ballarat, Australia, after working as a full professor of computer science and technology and the Head of the School of Computer Science and Technology at Hebei Normal University, China for two years (2007-2009). He previously held academic positions at Hebei University, China; RWTH Aachen, TU Cottbus, Germany; Bond University and the University of Wollongong, Australia. He has two books and more than 80 research publications of national and/or international journals, book chapters and conference proceedings. His monograph (co-authored with Prof Gavin Finnie) : Intelligent Techniques in E-Commerce was published by Springer Verlag, Berlin Heidelberg (Germany, 2004). He has lectured more than 20 different subjects for computing undergraduate and postgraduate students in China and Australia. His current research interests include algorithm analysis and design, e-commerce and e-business, intelligent techniques in e-commerce and e-services, case-based/experience-based reasoning, multiagent systems, Web intelligence and Web engineering, intelligent computing, knowledge/experience management. He is a member of the AIS and the IEEE.
