About the Author

Andy Bondy is a behavior analyst and co-developer of PECS. He co-founded Pyramid Educational Consultants, Inc., an internationally based team promoting functional communication and functional skills for everyone.

Mary Jane Weiss is Professor of Education and the Director of Programs in Autism and ABA at Endicott College. She conducts research at Melmark, an organization for people with disabilities.
