Walter spends several years as a POW; and after returning home finds his home forever changed-as he is. Hetzel writes with incredible clarity, expertly capturing the mood, setting, and inner-workings of a young man losing his innocence while being exposed to horrific events and situations. Based on true-life events, his novel will haunt your conscience long after you've turned the last page. Marc Hetzel is a writer and works in the poker industry. Mr. Hetzel is currently writing his second novel and lives near Black Hawk, Colorado.
