About the Author
Deanna Draper Buck originally wrote her simple versions of scripture stories as gifts for her family. She and her husband, George, live in Hooper, Utah. They have eight children and twenty-three grandchildren. Now Deanna teaches gospel stories to young children everywhere through her softcover and board books, including My First Book of Temples, My First Book of Latter-day Prophets, and My First Story of the First Christmas.
The illustrations by Jerry Harston helps children visualize these meaningful first stories.
