It's a complete lifestyle manual that left no stone unturned, ranging from exercise, food, music, meditation, herbs and supplements. I was impressed by the guidelines mapped out in the book leading to a healthier lifestyle. I'm a licensed pharmacist and I'm aware of and I've seen the undesirable side effects of prescription medications used to control hypertension such as dizziness and fatigue.
