About the Author
Toni Cantrell has been writing since age 12. Born in West Central Indiana, she grew up in Anderson. She married her high school sweetheart Manuel and they have two sons. Toni has seven published novels,Strangers and Pilgrims, If Ever That Time Come, The Gazebo, Absentminded (with Violet L. Ryan as Voni Ryan), published by Belfire Press in 2010 and became their #1 bestseller. The Light Side of Dark also as Voni Ryan came out in 2012. Her next release was another collaboration with Bea Simmons as Allen Simmons-Cantrell, Like Him With Friends Possess’d, also from Belfire Press in 2012. Her latest novel,Challenges (Book One of the Stone Family Saga) was released by Whisey Creek Press in December, 2013. A charter member of a weekly writer’s group called Writers Ink of Central Indiana, she has also edited several manuscripts for members of the group. She is a regular attendee at the annual Midwest Writer’s Workshop in Muncie, and travels extensively to do research for her novels.
