In Steve Farber's book: The Radical Leap Re-Energized :Doing What You Love in the Service of People Who Love What They Do I found it to be an engrossing book that stimulates the dreamer in all of us who truly want to make a difference. As I read the book I thought of the ideas Mr. Farber shared and how I would enthusiastically share the framework of The Radical Leap Re-Energize... with my colleagues since we share a common goal. Throughout the book, the loudest part for me was the importance that we must truly believe and embrace “our dream” to make a difference in the lives of people we serve. Clearly, it is often overwhelming trying to bring forth positive change when you constantly hear the negative chatter in your head implanted by those around you. Exploring the concepts/ framework in The Radical Leap Re-Energized: Doing What You Love is honestly the reason why people enter the fields/careers they do...Love. From an educator/team leader viewpoint the book directed me to channel my focus as positive energy to encourage others to maintain their dream and push forward in order to bring about positive enlightening change for our students.
