What does it really mean to be a human? How does the answer to this question help someone quit smoking? The author of this book smoked for almost twenty years. In the last three of those years, he researched and tried using many conventional methods for quitting smoking. None of those methods worked. This book is about what he learned on the journey about his own motives, feelings...and what really does work. Quit Snap includes the latest scientific research about how to stop smoking; the author's experiences with a variety of products; a timeline of what the author experienced during each phase of quitting; a candid writing style; and the theoretical formula behind Quit Snap. Combined, these components work together to make Quit Snap the final solution for quitting smoking.
