About the Author
Kenneth Strong has been a health care executive for over 30 years. Committed to personal lifetime learning, his move to leadership training was the result of his success developing the growth of new supervisors and managers into positions of greater responsibility and his conviction that it is essential to develop and nurture leaders within an organization to ensure its continued success and growth.
