About the Author
Jessica Berger Gross is a mother, writer, and yogi. Her essays and articles have appeared in and on Yoga Journal, Salon, Yoga International, Babble, The Globe and Mail, The Huffington Post, momfilter.com, and more. She writes the Enlightened Motherhood blog for yogajournal.com and tries her best to practice yoga and meditation each morning before coming downstairs for breakfast with her husband and son.
