Cheryl Brickey writes patent applications by day and dreams up award-winning quilt designs by night. Quilt math is her favorite part of writing patterns. She lives in South Carolina, where she and her husband are raising their two children.

Paige Alexander learned how to sew from her grandmother, but didn't fall in love with quilting until 2003. She now designs award-winning quilts and is active in her local quilt guild. Paige lives with her husband in Easley, South Carolina.
