About the Author:
The United States Congress is comprised of the Senate and the House of Representatives. One of the many responsibilities of the Congress is drafting the US Title Codes, which serve as the Federal laws of the United States. These laws are used by all branches of the Federal Government and all Federal Law Enforcement Agencies including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Drug Enforcement Agency, Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, Department of Homeland Security, etc. The US Title Codes provide laws, procedures, and guidelines used by the Army, Air Force, Marines, Navy, as well as the National Guard and Coast Guard. Not only do the US Title Codes along with the US Constitution and Bill of Rights serve as the laws of the land, they also have direct impact on many of the individual State Laws. The United States Congress is tasked with passing laws relating to all aspects of Government operation and how that operation affects the daily lives of all United States Citizens. Regardless of the nature of the problem; Domestic/International Terrorism, Illegal Aliens, War, Bankruptcy, Health and Human Welfare, Agriculture, etc. the United States Congress is responsible for drafting and proofing laws which will address those issues.
