About the Author

Anne Gallagher is a lawyer and scholar with an established reputation in human rights and the administration of criminal justice. She is a former United Nations official and, since 2003, has led a major intergovernmental initiative aimed at strengthening criminal justice responses to human trafficking in Southeast Asia.
