Synopsis
Students become mathematical adventurers in these challenging and engaging activities designed to deepen and extend their understanding of concepts from the Common Core State Standards in Mathematics. About the Author
Jerry Burkhart has taught and learned mathematics with gifted students for over 20 years. He has degrees in physics, mathematics, and math education from University of Colorado, Boulder, and Minnesota State University, Mankato. Jerry also speaks, consults, and offers professional development on meeting gifted students' needs in mathematics.
