Suzann Connell teaches communications and English courses for the University of Phoenix in both online and in-class settings. Part of her curricula is to teach career-related techniques, professional communication writing, media writing, podcasting, and blog writing. She enjoys a dual career with e-learning and instructional design and development and has created hundreds of corporate e-learning classes in a variety of topics. Suzann holds a master degree in education technology from Pepperdine University and a bachelor degree in training, design, and development from the University of Michigan.
Julie Jaehne has been an adjunct faculty member at the College of Education at the University of Houston for 21 years. She has taught courses in the instructional technology department and teacher certification courses through the distance learning department. Julie has extensive experience with the use of technology in K–12 instruction and has written multiple computer application textbooks and tutorials. She has developed and conducted workshops on a variety of classroom technology-related topics. Julie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and a master degree with a concentration in occupational education from the University of Houston.
