Established by two Australians, Rita Sturzbecher & John Apostolovic, The Little Aussie Bakery & Cafe began in 2006 as a dedicated gluten-free kitchen. The food at The Little Aussie Bakery & Cafe is built on the premise that it's possible to create gluten-free food that meets the dietary needs of growing numbers of gluten intolerant, while celebrating all the best that food has to offer in taste and texture. In 2011, Rita was nationally recognized as one of America s top ten artisan bakers.
