About the Author

Mary Theis is an artist, writer, and creativity coach. She earned her degree in art (painting and drawing) from Humboldt State University. Mary has explored many mediums, participated in numerous artists communities, and has supported the arts throughout her life-from being the president of an arts organization to putting on art events and having her own solo exhibits. She currently lives in Talent, Oregon, where she continues to create, teach, and coach creativity clients
