Dr. Harvey Lehpamer, P. Eng., has many years of experience in the planning, design, and deployment of wireless and wireline networks including microwave, fiber-optic and other communications systems in Europe, Canada, the United States, Africa, Mexico, and other parts of the world.
Lehpamer has worked for a number of well-known telecom and wireless, manufacturing, and power utility organizations around the world, either directly or as an outside consultant. He is a licensed professional engineer in the province of Ontario, Canada.
Today, Lehpamer works at POWER Engineers, Inc., in San Diego, California.
