Timothy D. Cole is the president of World Bridge Innovations working with the US DoD, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and with NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). He also teaches courses on ISR and laser radar for the Advanced Technology Institute (ATI). He received his B.S.E., M.S.E.E in electrical engineering and his M.S. in technical management from the Johns Hopkins University and was a Technical Fellow at Northrop Grumman.
