About the Author

Andy Harrison is a principal systems engineer for a radar systems and applications lab. He has been an instructor at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Lab, Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division, the University of Alabama Huntsville, and the University of Mississippi. He is a senior member of the IEEE and received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Mississippi.
