Her career achievements range from facilitating a C-suite-sponsored customer recognition program across 7,000 properties globally, to directing special projects and strategic communications for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company President’s office. Hilary earned a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
