There was a time when I was desperate to understand my own spiritual angst with daily devotions. I live freely and lightly in my seasonal/yearly rhythm. Highly productive seasons find me training for a half-marathon, hiking trails in mountains or woodlands, writing, and traveling. When life calls for a less-productive season, you'll find me enjoying a book on the beach or in a coffee shop. God works in the seasons of my life, which often have a theme as to what specifically he's up to in my life. Sometimes growth, sometimes change, always felt in the love and grace of his presence.
