Miranda Chapman grew up in a family that had a bunch of angry women in it. She used to wonder how they got from one day to the next without self-imploding. As she grew older she began to learn that they were all constantly upset for different reasons. It may be that they had problems in the home or had problems in a male dominated work world or they were just too exhausted to act any other way. When she went off to college, she made the decision to find out how women could learn to control that anger and diffuse it without negatively affecting someone else. In the long run, she found some tips and techniques that helped her and her family. This is what Miranda chose to expand on and highlight as the solutions to being angry.
